[자격요건]
Job Description:
To provide clients with a highly quality Informatics product, using total project lifecycle management. This includes direct client liaison, providing requirements analysis, solution configuration and documentation of client systems to effectively implementing the systems, undertaking customizations, training user and providing ongoing support and maintenance

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site program installation and follow implementation of Informatics products
- Provide troubleshooting Informatics software and solutions for customers
- Project and technical support plans
- Attain technical knowledge to deliver standard and customized training courses to customers
- System design and documentation / configuration / testing and validation
- Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with customers, system users and company personnel
